Hi, I’m Devin

I stumbled into photography during my deployment to Hurricane Maria back when I was in the U.S. Coast Guard; I photographed our work in Puerto Rico with a camera that I had bought on a whim a few months prior. Somehow, that led me to photograph everything from Congress to college basketball to a COVID-19 morgue.

After my time in the USCG, I attended NYU. I graduated as valedictorian with a degree in Global Studies, focusing on climate change, and a minor in Peace & Conflict Studies. I’ve got an enormous interest in sociopolitics and world issues that roots back to my very unorthodox childhood (ask me about it in person).
